To start shopping, simply select a product category on the left. In each product category, you will be able to select individual products and add them to your cart.

Yes. All of your order details will be included in the email.

Yes. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking numbers and hot links to track your shipment.

What about the confidentiality of my credit card and purchase information?
Absolutely. Our secure server uses SSL, the current standard for secure Internet transactions. This server encrypts information and keeps it completely private and protected for internet transactions. Encrypted information cannot be read in transit, and once it is received it is protected and can only be accessed by authorized The eBay Shop personnel. The eBay Shop will not rent or sell our customer list to anyone.

What is the shipping process for The eBay Shop?
All orders received before 2 p.m. PST Monday - Friday will ship the same day they are received via the selected shipping method; we offer both UPS and FedEx. Orders received after 2 p.m. PST will ship the following business day. Standard delivery time for orders shipping within the continental U.S. is usually between 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping method requested.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped via FedEx 2 Day or FedEx overnight service.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Please provide a standard street address with your order.
In order to provide you with the most competitive rates, The eBay Shop includes shipping charges based solely on the shipping method you select; there will be no additional handling charge or mark-up on freight. Please note that expedited shipping, such as 2nd Day or overnight service, will always increase the shipping on your order.

How do I place an order to ship internationally?
We are happy to ship orders to many countries outside the United States. Due to customs policies that vary widely from country to country, we ask that all international orders be handled by email or telephone. Note that the recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and fees.

What if I need to return something I've ordered?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not pleased with your order, please follow the return or exchange policy below.
Returns: We will gladly accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition for a full refund (less original shipping costs) within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply call 1-866-252-EBAY or email customerservice@theebayshop.com to get an RMA# and further return instructions. Collectible products may not be returned unless they were damaged in transit.
